Montpellier Integrated has been awarded the Defence Employer Recognition Scheme (ERS) Gold Award for 2025, the highest honour from the Ministry of Defence for employers supporting the Armed Forces community.

Montpellier is one of just 19 organisations in the South West to receive Gold status this year. The award recognises employers who go beyond standard commitments to support Reservists, veterans, service leavers, and Cadet Force Adult Volunteers through strong policies, additional leave, and active advocacy.
Chief Executive Guy Woodcock, a former member of the Armed Forces, said:
“We are delighted to be recognised once again with the ERS Gold Award. This honour reflects who we are as a business – a team that values service, commitment, and the unique strengths of the Armed Forces community. Guided by our experience and leadership, we champion the Armed Forces Covenant, support service leavers into new careers, and actively advocate for defence people across our networks. I am proud of the team and grateful to everyone who has contributed to this achievement.”
Montpellier’s Gold Award builds on its long-standing support for the Armed Forces community and ongoing commitment to best practice. The company continues to strengthen pathways for service leavers and promote employer engagement with the scheme across industry.
