At any one time our expert team will be working on assignments for trade associations seeking to gain mind space with Ministers, statutory bodies, clients operating in the third sector and not for profit organisations or education and training institutions. Making the grade
Weymouth College. A new principal was parachuted in to find weak financial health of the College, which could potentially lead to a position of total insolvency compounded by disatisfaction amongst some staff and an entrenched reluctance to change plus a disastrous ranking in the FE College league tables charting 400 institutions, Weymouth College was judged one of the bottom of its kind. A ‘brand for change’ was developed by Montpellier, together with logo, named WeyForward and a change management strategy deployed in tandem with positive external PR.
Class People. Education recruitment consultancy LB Education Ltd started life with the initials of its founder in its name. Working closely with Lynis Bassett, Montpellier re-branded this fast growing recruitment firm Class People. And this was followed by new literature and materials. Before this was possible, and before commencing the company’s first ever steps in PR, we carried out a message review of the business, identifying and organising messages against target audiences representing the firm’s stakeholders. Montpellier helped Class People target and deliver its message to head teachers and local authority decision makers.
The Practice Group. A key player in the development of primary health care services and partner with NHS frontline GPs. Working with Clinical Commissioning Groups, clinicians from The Practice Group deliver well over a million patient appointments a year. The healthcare sector is consistently changing in terms of its requirements, views and innovations. As one of the largest nationwide independently run surgery networks, The Practice Group requires content that provides its readers with thought inspiring ideas and commentary. This is where Montpellier steps in. Using ideas such as the theme ‘bringing pharmacists on to the front line’, Montpellier has generated interest from core pharmaceutical media like The Pharmaceutical Journal and Pharmacy Business Magazine in creating a range of content pieces.
